The AICI Philippines Chapter Board Members for 2022-2024 are delighted to share with you some scenes from the board oathtaking held at Casa Buenas, Newport World Resorts.

We celebrated with dear friends and family with an 8-course degustacion called Fiesta de Moldero which celebrates Filipino heritage, culture, and tradition.

Special thanks to Mr. Kingson Sian, Chef Godfrey Laforteza and the Casa Buenas staff for the warm accomodation and the truly memorable degustacion. It was a great way to welcome the new term listening to the Moldero journey weaved in through each traditional dish that was thoughtfully prepared.
