What you need for this:
CAMOTE TOPS SALAD:
-A bouquet of camote tops (yes, bouquet!)
ASIAN GARLIC TOFU
-Garlic (lots of it, minced)
-Ginger (1/4, minced)
-1 Green sili
-1 slab of tofu (sliced into chunks)
-Soy Sauce + Water
-Sesame seeds for garnishing
