The Yellow Tomorrow Show put the spotlight on dads who have successfully transitioned to the home-based life as online English teachers with 51Talk.
It’s not everyday that you get the chance to have light banter and play fun games with the country head of the leading online English education company. In this episode, Ms. Jen Que let us in on her personal life and quarantine activities while still staying on top of things in her workplace.
Mommy Blogger, businesswoman and Taxumo’s Chief Operating Officer Ginger Arboleda joined the Yellow Tomorrow Show to share productivity hacks for moms while TJ Monterde played games and sang live for the viewers.
Webinars have quickly become a part of our quarantine life. It’s similar to workshops and talks, minus the physical interaction and it’s obviously much shorter. Some of you may have thought of doing it or may have been invited to do it and you’re thinking: How the heck do I start? Where do I look? How do I conduct myself?” Watch this video and learn.
The Yellow Tomorrow Show is an online show that we launched in the middle of the pandemic as a means to share the good news about 51Talk and keep our home-based online English teachers engaged through online fun, special guests, and interactive games. In the first episode, we had Nelli Samson and Louie Wells as our teacher guests who shared stories of their 51Talk life. Teacher Nelli has been with the platform for 7 years and this has helped her support her family, while Teacher Louie is a stay-at-home dad who’s made big investments with his earnings from 51Talk. To provide entertainment, social media star Benedict Cua joined in for a short chat and to perform some songs.
The Yellow Tomorrow Show goes live on the 51Talk page on Thursdays at 9pm.
It’s always good to witness a friend’s milestones specially when you hear their stories of waiting, hoping and finally finding someone that makes their heart complete. Halee and I have served in the GCF Youth Ministry for a few years and we also get to lead worship together from time to time. In the recent year, we saw how her relationship with her boyfriend Jed progressed to their being engaged. It was wonderful. We were so happy for Halee.
After about a year of planning, they finally tied the knot and got me to host their special day. Here’s the vlog of their wedding reception held at the UP Bahay ng Alumni.
