Rajo! for Parisian 2012

November 9, 2011: I remember being so enthralled as I entered the huge SMDC showroom at the Mall of Asia complex. Months flew by so fast, Rajo Laurel’s first foray into shoes (with Parisian, nonetheless!) seemed like it was just yesterday.

September 25, 2012: Still on a high after receiving the trophy from the 34th Catholic Mass Media Awards, I quickly drove off to the SMX Convention Center to witness the reveal of Rajo Laurel’s much anticipated comeback with Parisian and Milanos.

Rajo shares that he’s always been fascinated with Japanese culture. “I am in love with the graphic qualities of their traditional garb, the intricate art of the obi, the deep romanticism associated with kimono and of course the Zen balance of the modern Japanese aesthetic.”

Hello shoes!

As soon as I saw this I said “Oh baby girl I am taking you home!!!”
