|I was so nervous before the show! Bamboo’s dropped by the station many times in the past to promote
but this is his first full-length interview and performance for Mellow since he went solo. He’s kind man
with many insights–I never had a dull moment talking and listening to him. I’m sure a lot of those
who look up to him have picked up a lesson or two.
|I haven’t listened to his album No Water, No Moon before he performed so it
was a great treat for me to listen to the live renditions of his original tracks. A lot of his fans were
tuned in that day and requested many songs. Since we only had 60 minutes with him, he was able to give in to
a few requests (which was so nice of him) but most of his set was composed of his new songs.
I particularly like “Morning Rose” and “Back on my Feet”.
NEVER THE STRANGERS
|I felt so “Ate” when these boys came in. They’re jolly and very friendly. No superstar airs at all.
Never the Strangers is the newest band under Warner Music Philippines.
LETTER DAY STORY
|I enjoyed talking to these guys again and I consider them brothers. These boys are honest, very talented
and down-to-earth. It’s no question why their fans adore them so much.
TANYA MARKOVA and TOTO SORIOSO
|You know it’s TANYA MARKOVA when you see bunch of guys wearing thick white make-up. The guy in the middle wearing a black shirt is TOTO SORIOSO–a singer song-writer who writes beautiful songs. They were on the show to promote 90’S MUSIC COMES ALIVE–a collaborative album featuring MCA artists
and their versions of 90’s hits.
|Funny how listeners kept asking questions related to his ex!|
