Monique Rae on the Afternoon Cruise

swear she sounds so foreign! When I first heard Monique’s song “Set Me Free” I thought I was listening to some new track from a Disney Channel kid (think Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez or Ashley Tisdale). Out of curiosity, I asked Mr V who the chick was and he told me she’s a Pinay from Cebu.
